Give your customers a face and a story

1. Description
  • Personas are fictional but research-based representations of your ideal customers. They help you move beyond abstract data or demographics, giving each customer segment a face, a name, and a story. A persona captures goals, challenges, motivations, and behaviors, making it easier for teams to empathize with real users when designing products, services, or communication.

3. Methodologies
  • User Research

    • Give each persona a name, a face (photo or illustration), and key attributes.
  • Persona Mapping
