  • Identify the real needs that drive a person to use a product

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Products and services are "hired" by the user in order to improve the process to obtain a result or to improve the quality of the result itself.
The user experience must be analyzed in order to identify the jobs he wants to perform. Each job is divided into phases and for each phase the design team understands:
  • How does the user measure the quality of the step (quality of the process, quality of the results, safety, ...)?
  • What are the main difficulties for the user (variability, need for specific skills, ...)?
  • How could the execution of the step be improved (what can be automated, what should be simplified, ...)?
